Tuition Tuition for children of families who are active members of Christ the King parish or other Catholic parishes and who have filed a Parish Verification form with the school will receive the annually determined Catholic tuition rate.
Active membership in a parish is understood to mean that the family worships in the parish and contributes of time, talent, and financial resources to support the parish. Active membership is to be determined by the pastor of the parish of which the family is a member. Upon a child's acceptance into Christ the King School, the parent is required to sign a contract acknowledging an understanding and acceptance of the rules and regulations, conditions and requirements of the school as so stated within the contract, school handbook, Archdiocesan policies, and school bulletins. The parent must state their choice of tuition payment plans in effect for the next school year.
Tuition and Fees for the 2013-14 School Year
Re-registration Fee: $225.00 for each returning student. This fee is non-refundable.
New Student Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $1,225.00 is due upon acceptance. $1,000.00 is applied toward tuition.
Note that all class fees are included in the yearly tuition. Tuition for the 2013-14 school year is as follows:

Tuition may be paid in three ways: - Full tuition payment due by July 1, 2013, to FACTS Tuition. Parents must register with FACTS Tuition by May 3, 2013.
A $225 per student discount will be given. Payments made after July 1st are not eligible for the discount. Payment may be made by ACH or Credit Card to FACTS. There is no FACTS enrollment fee for this option. There is a 2.5% convenience fee paid to FACTS if paying by Credit Card. - 2 semi-annual payments through FACTS.
Parents elect to pay tuition on either the 5th or 20th of July 2013 and the 5th or 20th of January 2014 through the FACTS Payment plan. The FACTS annual enrollment fee is $10. (to be paid by parent). If new to FACTS, you must register by May 3, 2013. - 10 Monthly Payments through FACTS.
Parents elect to pay tuition on either the 5th or 20th of each month through the FACTS Payment Plan. The FACTS annual enrollment fee is $43 (to be paid by parent). Payments are made July 2013 through April 2014. If new to FACTS, you must register by May 3, 2013. All options must be paid to FACTS Tuition via direct debit to your bank account (ACH) or by various credit cards. If choosing a credit card, there is a 2.5% convenience fee. Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available to Catholic families. You may download and print the Student Aid Form, complete and mail to Private School Aid Service or you may complete the Student Aid Form PDF directly on your computer screen by placing the cursor at the appropriate fields and typing in the information. You can then print the completed document and mail to Private School Aid Service. At this point you may save it to your computer for your records.
2013-14 Tuition Assistance Forms 2013-14 Formulario de Ayuda Financiera Estudiantil GRACE Scholarships GRACE Scholars, Inc. is the Student Scholarship Organization (SSO) formed by the Archdiocese of Atlanta and Savannah in order to leverage the Georgia Private School Tax Credit law for those with financial need who would like to provide a Catholic education for their children. All students applying for GRACE Scholarships must be new to Christ the King School, either by enrolling in Kindergarten, or by transferring from a Georgia public school in an older grade.
