Because the foundation of tomorrow lies in the hearts and minds of our children....
Since 1937, Christ the King School has been serving children and their families, providing education and instruction for life. We begin every day at Christ the King School with a prayer written by a student; a prayer of gratitude, a prayer of hope and solace, a prayer for those in our school community and those connected to it in many ways. In this way, the Christ the King School community embraces far more than the children in attendance: it encompasses their grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, sisters and brothers, friendsanyone they care for and everyone who cares for them.
Thank you for being such an important part of the Christ the King School community. Every gift that the School receives is so important and is so appreciated. Your gift shows support for Christ the King School, and your gift translates into tangible opportunities for our students and faculty.
Contributing to Christ the King School's Annual Fund
Gifts to the Annual Fund provide current use resources that help defray the cost of tuition. In fact, gifts to the Annual Fund make up approximately 8% of the school's operating budget. Unrestricted and current use gifts to the Annual Fund are very important to meet the school's most immediate needs, while at the same time providing a tax benefit for the donor.
Contributing to Christ the King School's Endowment
The Endowment Fund enables Christ the King School to secure a strong future as we face the challenges of continuing to provide an excellent Catholic education. A gift to the Endowment Fund will have an enduring impact on our school.
Planned Giving: Sister Mary Clement Society
Planned giving describes any gift that helps a donor's financial and estate plans while supporting Christ the King School’s endowment. Examples of ways to support the CKS legacy program include: naming the school as a beneficiary in your will, making a specific bequest to the school, giving the gift of stock or bonds; or the donation of a life insurance policy.
Types of gifts:
Cash Contributions
Unrestricted gifts of cash are the most popular and convenient way to support our school. Gifts may be made as a single donation or pledged and paid in two installments. Cash gifts may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.
