Ms. Kara Gaynor is an enthusiastic educator and lifelong learner who is thrilled to begin her tenth year in the field. She attended Catholic school from Kindergarten through 12th grade and strongly believes in the value of Catholic education. She also recognizes the importance of global citizenship and has had impactful experiences in classrooms across New Zealand, China, and Northern Ireland that have shaped her approach to education. Kara taught second grade for five years at CKS prior to transitioning to her new role as Assistant Principal and is excited to support the mission of our wonderful Community of Caring. Before joining CKS, Kara taught elementary school at both private and public schools in the Atlanta area. Kara lives in Smyrna and enjoys visiting her family who are spread out along the East coast.
