Tuition includes student fees, textbooks, field trips, and yearbook. Middle School tuition also includes technology fees, retreats, and graduation.

Tuition   information

Re-registration Fee: $250.00 for each returning student. This fee is non-refundable.
New Student Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $1,250.00 is due upon acceptance and paid through FACTS Tuition. $1,000.00 is applied toward the accepted student's tuition. Families must register with FACTS. All tuition payments are made through FACTS Tuition Management Program.

Children of families who are active members of Christ the King parish or other Catholic parishes and who have filed a Parish Verification form will receive the annually determined Catholic tuition rate. Active membership in a parish is understood to mean that the family worships in the parish and contributes of time, talent, and financial resources to support the parish. Active membership is to be determined by the pastor of the parish of which the family is a member.
Withdrawal Policy
A student enrolled for one day during the month is considered enrolled for the entire month.
If a student withdraws voluntarily or involuntarily for any reason, then the family will be responsible for the following percentage of yearly tuition:
July 1 - July 31
10%
August 1 - September 30
30%
October 1 - December 31
60%
January 1 - March 1
80%
After March 1
100%

Tuition   assistance

All applicants who will need tuition assistance for the 2023-24 school year must complete the application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment by March 1. Applicants should apply online through FACTS (link below). The application will be available January 1. Once an online application has been completed, the following information must be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
  • A copy of your most recent Federal tax return and all supporting schedules.
    • ​If your 2022 tax return is not complete, your 2021 tax return is required.
  • A copy of your 2022 W-2 forms for both spouses if only 2021 tax return is submitted
  • A copy of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documentation should be uploaded in PDF format online through your FACTS Grant and Aid application account.

GRACE Scholars Inc., is the official student scholarship organization (SSO) for the schools sponsored by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Atlanta. All students receiving GRACE Awards have demonstrated financial need as determined by a third-party analysis of a family's ability to pay tuition.Schools in the Archdiocese of Atlanta reserve the right to decline funding from SSOs which do not award scholarships based on financial need. In addition, the maximum amount of SSO scholarships awarded to students in Archdiocesan Schools is the lowest of the following: student's calculated financial need; 80% of the tuition rate applicable to the student; an index of per-pupil public school spending in Georgia; and, the maximum cap established by the local school.

GRACE Scholars, Inc., welcomes the transfer of funding from one SSO to another as allowed by state law. In these instances, the school reserves the right to award GRACE scholarships in accordance with local procedures.

GRACE Scholars, Inc. is the Student Scholarship Organization (SSO) formed by the Archdiocese of Atlanta and Savannah in order to leverage the Georgia Private School Tax Credit law for those with financial need who would like to provide a Catholic education for their children. All students applying for GRACE Scholarships must be new to Christ the King School, either by enrolling in kindergarten or first grade or by transferring from a Georgia public school in an older grade. Grace Scholars
​All options must be paid via FACTS using direct debit to a bank account (ACH) or by various credit cards. If using a credit card, there is a 2.85% convenience fee.
  • Full tuition payment through FACTS by July 3, 2023.
    A $225 per student discount will be given. Payments made after July 3 are not eligible for the discount. The FACTS annual enrollment fee is $20 (to be paid by the parent).
  • 2 semi-annual payments through FACTS. 
    Parents elect to pay tuition on either the 5th or 20th of July, and the 5th or 20th of January, through the FACTS Payment plan. The FACTS annual enrollment fee is $20 (to be paid by the the parent).
  • 10 Monthly Payments through FACTS.
    Parents elect to pay tuition on either the 5th or 20th of each month through the FACTS Payment Plan. The FACTS annual enrollment fee is $50 (to be paid by the parent). Payments are made July through April.
All families must be registered with FACTS Tuition Management Program. For those parents new to using the online tuition payment program, please click below to register. If you used FACTS in the previous school year, you will be re-enrolled electronically and no further action is needed.
